Application Process. We’ll call you to discuss your application, and if successful, we’ll email you to let you know you’ve scored a place. We’ll request you pay the £100 registration payment fee, and once you’ve paid, we’ll confirm and register your place with the London Marathon. We’ll work with you to help with your fundraising, so you can you hit your fundraising commitment and we can keep pushing for an NKH cure. Fill out the form below to get started!
